Meeting about preparations for the post-accreditation process and the progress of the Engineering Informatics program
On March 11, 2026, a meeting was held at the “Fehmi Agani” University in Gjakova between the coordinators of the Software Engineering program and the Faculty management.
The meeting was attended by the program coordinators, Prof. Dr. Ilmi Hoxha and Prof. Assoc. Dr. Drilon Bunjaku, the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Sindorela Doli Kryeziu, the Acting Secretary of the University, Nita Sina Pruthi, as well as a representative from the Quality Assurance Office.
During the meeting, discussions focused on preparations for the post-accreditation visit process of the Software Engineering program, as well as on the progress of the program during the winter semester of the 2025/2026 academic year. It was decided that a program progress report would be drafted, based on key performance indicators (KPIs), relying on statistical data provided by the Student Services Office.
Also present at the meeting was the Acting Secretary of the University, Nita Sina Pruthi, who emphasized that technical preparations for this process are currently underway.
The representative of the Quality Assurance Office informed the attendees about the course evaluation report for the winter semester of the 2025–2026 academic year. She noted that the report, along with student evaluations for all academic staff, has already been submitted to the Dean and is expected to be returned with relevant recommendations for improvement, based on the results derived from student questionnaires.
She also recommended that, based on this report, an action plan be drafted for the implementation of the recommendations, which will include timelines and specific responsibilities for their execution.
