The Senate of the “Fehmi Agani” University in Gjakova, within the competencies defined under Article 173, Paragraph 4 of the University Statute, and in accordance with Law No. 04/L-037 on Higher Education in the Republic of Kosovo, the University Statute, and Regulation No. 04/292 dated 01.03.2021 on Selection Procedures for the Appointment, Reappointment, and Promotion of Academic Staff, as amended and supplemented by Senate Decision No. 04/1255 dated 05.06.2024 and Decision No. 04/1464 dated 09.07.2024, and based on the requests submitted by the Faculty Councils, at its meeting held on 08.06.2026, decided to announce the following:
